Rule #1: Global RTL & Right-Alignment Mandate
This is a native Hebrew application. The entire system, every page, and absolutely EVERY newly generated or modified component MUST default to Right-to-Left (RTL) directionality (dir="rtl") and physical right alignment (text-right, justify-start in flex containers). You must always design and output code with the assumption that the UI begins on the physical right. Do not default to LTR for any standard component unless it is a specific workaround mandated by these rules.
